Make Money, Money...

"Gotta get a job! Gotta go to work! Gotta go to work!"

Aw, man. I guess it's time to post again. It occurs to me that I need to finally learn my lesson and start applying myself or else I will fail several classes this semester. I don't know why my environment seems so incredible inconducive to that right now, but it's a bummer. Hm.

Well, this is some stuff I'm throwing back and forth in my head, trying to put together. It will probably come back here in a more complete form at a later date.

Both my granfather’s are dead and gone away

Seems like there’s so much death everywhere these days

The wisdom of their youth long past, is something they can’t ever give to me

So I play guitar with my dad, and we share in our forgetting any misery

And I can’t give you an answer to all of it,

Because I don’t think there ever

Was a question to begin with.

One quarter, two to twenty

It’s day in, day out on the train

One quarter, two to twenty

It’s sun up, sun down every day

Just couple neurons firing in my brain

And the turning of the numbers on the clock, helps to keep me sane.

Okay, I thought I had more than that, but it's written on a piece of paper from class lost somewhere in the nether. I'll have to get back to you...

"Mr. McConnell is not here right now, but if you'd like to leave a message, he'll be more than happy to take an appropriate response into consideration."

Yeah, my classes have been considerably harder this semester. We'll see if I'm above a 3.0. I had this rhyme to floating around.

"Loneliness is just a trick that misery does to cover his own ass.
Wallowing around in the mud
Trying to convince us he's high class."

Nice. I'm sold.

I try to piss and moan as little as possible, and instead, vent. I qauntify venting as being humorous for other people to listen to. If I can't get good and pissed off enough to make someone laugh, there's no use in it.

So, you still coming down this weekend? I could use a friend from home. Not that my housemates are bad. Anyway, yeah, just let me know, and/or if you need some directions.
